From customer information input, to customer inquiry, order generation, test plan, test implementation, test result review, report generation, etc., there is a detailed "process checklist" to check and review each process to ensure the correctness of the information . This process checklist complies with international, industry and internal company standards and is regularly reviewed within the company.
When the inspection is completed, the inspection control engineer will analyze and review the recorded inspection information and results. After confirming that it is correct, the senior engineer will review and approve it. If at any stage the engineer or inspection technician has questions about the test results, or does not match the inspection plan in the sales notes, they can stop and return to the previous stage. Sales also have the right to review the report to ensure that the test content is consistent with the customer's requirements, and finally issue the report to the customer.
At the same time, if, during the inspection process, some of the samples are found to be damaged, a report is issued as a failure. If the customer requests to add picks to remove all damaged pieces, we will issue a second revision report that includes the pick results, the quantity received, and the number of damaged pieces removed.Getting Started

At the same time, where to deliver the test materials, as well as the delivery method, accompanying documents, etc., we will explain in detail after you confirm the quotation. After the materials are received, we will review the specific content of the quotation and test order again, and check the delivery list. If it is found that the wrong materials are sent, all subsequent test items will be suspended and reported to you, saving you unnecessary cost of.
When the test is over and the report is issued, we will recommend follow-up test items to you based on the test results and the problems found in the test, so as to reduce the risk as much as possible. These issues include but are not limited to packaging issues, etc., but the final decision rests with you, and we will add follow-up testing items or direct delivery based on your decision.
